Siva, the co-founder and CEO of Namaste International, has over 20 years of experience in industries such as Banking, Printing, and Concept Selling. He oversees the company’s vision, mission, and product units, as well as establishing partnerships and strategies. Siva sets policies, practices, and milestones for the company, including product adoption and building key differentiators for services and sales. He also owns a manufacturing facility for Coir pith blocks in Pollachi.
Shanmugham Mahalingam
COO, Head –Finance & Planning
Shan, Namaste’s co-founder and COO, oversees global operations management, finance, infrastructure, processes, and human capital. With a management degree and 20 years of experience in IT solutions design, delivery, and quality, Shan supports and scales Namaste’s product, process, and quality initiatives. He has also played a key role in building and scaling Namaste’s products for organic growth.
Muralidass Swaminathan
Director, Head of Sales & Operations
Murali is a Co-founder and Sales Director at Namaste. He works with partners to generate long-term business and make Namaste a preferred trading partner globally. With 20+ years of experience in product marketing, network marketing, telecom, and concept selling, he heads sales and franchise operations.
Thangavel
Independent Director, Head – International Operations
Thangu is an experienced finance professional with over 25 years’ experience in Business Performance Improvement and Off-shoring Strategy. He is a successful entrepreneur in Auckland, New Zealand, and manages Namaste International’s international trade. He identifies opportunities and implements Namaste’s product range in Australia and New Zealand. He was a Team Lead at New Zealand Herald media for 15 years and is the owner of Saffron Indian Cuisine.
